  • Do you offer custom balloon designs?

    Yes! We specialize in creating unique balloon art that matches your event’s theme, whether it’s a sports-themed balloon display, a tropical balloon arrangement, or branded balloon decor for corporate events. Share your ideas, and we’ll bring them to life!

  • Can you accommodate last-minute orders?

    While we recommend booking early, we understand that sometimes you need same-day balloon services. Contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional fees may apply for rush orders.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    For larger events (e.g., weddings or corporate event balloons), we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. For smaller orders (e.g., birthday balloon stacks or baby shower balloons), 2–3 weeks is ideal.

  • Do you deliver and set up?

    Yes, we are based in East Hanover, and we provide balloon delivery and full installation services for events in Morris County and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on location and order size.

  • Can you work within my budget?

    Absolutely! We offer a wide range of options, from affordable balloon decor to luxury balloon arrangements. Share your budget, and we’ll help you select the perfect design.

  • Are your balloons environmentally friendly?

    Yes! We’re committed to sustainable practices. Through our partnership with TerraCycle, we recycle latex, foil, and other materials to ensure your decor is not only stunning but also eco-friendly.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit cards, checks, Venmo, and PayPal. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due before your event.

  • Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?

    Retainer Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule your order if needed. Please notify us as soon as possible for any changes.

  • Can you provide mock-ups before I place an order?

    For extensive consultations or custom designs, we offer mock-ups for an additional fee. You’re also welcome to choose from our catalog of designs for free.

  • Do you provide discounts for corporate or nonprofit clients?

    Yes! We offer:


    • Corporate balloon packages and discounts


    • Additional balloon decor valued at 20% of the order total for nonprofits through our Above and Beyond Discount Program


    • A 10% decor bonus for members of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce
